bio
Originally founded in 2008, a new way to live forever has travelled an interesting path. After the release of the well-received debut EP “Avalanche” in October of that same year, the band went on indefinite hiatus while members pursued other projects.
Fast-forward to 2011, and a new shape of the group has emerged in force. With original founder Russ Rogers helming the majority of the writing and vocal duties, the latest incarnation has James Coyle (guitar), Phil Tucciarone (drums), and Steve Velez (bass) joining to deliver a meaningful dose of hook-laden, soulful rock. Listeners can expect a driving, melancholic blend of influences akin to luminaries like Lenny Kravitz, Kings of Leon, Radiohead, and Prince. Also re-joining in a writing and part-time performance capacity is original co-founder/guitarist, Todd Evans.
“they have a knack for crafting smart tunes with catchy choruses that leave a lasting impression from the first time you hear them”
- Johnathan Cunningham - New Times Magazine (Oct. 2008)
